My ethos is simple: become a better human every day, in every way.

Transformational Life Coach

Producer of Human Potential

For two decades, I worked behind the lens - producing film and television, shaping worlds on screen, and helping extraordinary people bring impossible visions to life. Projects like Life of Pi, Blade Runner 2049, and Twin Peaks lived at the intersection of art, craft, and the relentless human drive to make something that matters - without losing yourself in the process.

Then, in 2018, something shifted.

While guiding Fox's Directors Lab cohort, I realized the work I had always been doing - beneath the logistics, the budgets, the creative problem-solving - was about helping people make meaning. That recognition became a threshold. And I crossed it.

Now I work with artists, seekers, and individuals navigating their own crossings. Through coaching, somatic practice, and my studies in Jungian depth psychology, I create space for the kind of unfolding that brings inner truth and outer expression back into alignment.

I've lived and worked across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. I've witnessed how culture, identity, and longing shape who we become - and who we are still becoming. That witnessing informs everything I hold space for.

This isn’t the work of becoming someone else. It’s the work of no longer abandoning yourself.

Because we are each our own greatest work of art.
